There are an estimated 292.51 million rural migrant workers in China’s cities. They are “floating” in cities because they are registered as rural Hukou, so they are not benefiting from what has been provided to city Hukou holders, including public schooling in cities for their children.

The children of this floating population are called floating children or migrant children.

The families, holding a rural Hukou and on a tight budget, could only afford low-cost private schools which barely have good education resources, even books.

The organisation is aimed at helping these children.

100% of the proceeds here will be donated to the org. We thank you for securing another day for kids to read their favourite book in a safe environment.
