Maria Kuravska

hey there! My name is Maria, I’m a psychologist and psychotherapist-in-training, (currently studying psychoanalysis to become a psychotherapist).

Alongside this journey, I host the podcast “Samorefleksii” (ukrainian for “Self-Reflections”) where I go deep into what it means to explore, understand and embrace ourselves. 

My mission? To create a safe space where we reflect honestly on our feelings, behaviours and relationships — not just the easy parts, but the messy and the meaningful. I share both professional insights and personal reflections, hoping we all get a little closer to being who we truly are.
